  • $15 per person extra, year round
  • Rates slightly higher for September - December

  • Deposit required: $100. Returned upon satisfactory inspection of the cabin. 50% of fees due upon booking, with final payment due 14 days prior to rental.

  • 10 day advance notice: less $30 cancellation fee
  • 10 days or less notice: renter forfeits deposit
